We use your information to create and manage bookings, send confirmations and reminders, respond to enquiries, improve Calverge, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking details are shared with the organiser of the viewing, meeting or event you respond to. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect the service. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your information is stored securely with access controls and encryption in transit. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
